From the first email to the day of, Blush & Burgundy was incredible. So responsive, offered suggestions and were just all around great to work with. My trial was quick and easy - it was clear Kelly really heard what I wanted. On the day, she did the same with my bridesmaids and mom. She executed what they were looking for flawlessly. My hair was even better than I imagined and she took extra care to make sure it was secure. She even booked time to check on my husband to make sure his hair was exactly how he wanted it. She was a dream to work with and kept us on time (even ahead of schedule). I cannot say enough about how great Kelly was to work with!
I just got married and I couldn’t be more impressed with how talented Bisi is. First of all, I arrived 10 min late to the venue and saw Bisi and her other MUA set up and ready to go! I had only 1 pack of clip ins for my really thin hair but she worked wonders with it. The make-up was seriously the best I have ever had done my a MUA...and I have been to plenty! She had another artist with her that did my brides maids and mom’s make up. She seriously took 10 years off my mom. She looked fab! I highly highly recommend her and her team.
Bisi was phenomenal!!! I found Crystal-Eyez on The Knot and booked immediately after seeing the reviews and photos. Let me tell you Bisi did not disappoint! This amazing woman traveled all the way from Chicago to make me look flawless for my wedding day. She gave me the perfect make up and hair with little to no direction. It was so nice to have someone come in and already know what to do and how to do it in the middle of a hectic day directing ppl. She was so professional and sweet. Bisi even went above and beyond doing a last minute hair style for my mom. I can’t say enough great things about her. I will be booking with her for all future major events!
I hired Appease at the recommendation of my wedding planner and I'm glad I did. Carrie did a great job with hair and Iris did a great job on makeup for myself and all my bridesmaids! I thought that the prices for bridesmaids were reasonable compared to other vendors. They also have promotional discounts for booking early or off-peak weddings. Carrie was very professional in terms of setting everything up. She came up with a schedule for hair and makeup and was accommodating when I wanted to tweak it. I felt that they were both able to listen to recommendations as provided or figure out a good look for my bridesmaids who had no idea what direction to go...
Jessica Roop is an extremely talented stylist, makeup artist and photographer. I hired Jessica to do hair and makeup for my wedding. Since she is a photographer, she reviewed my wedding photographer’s style & lighting to determine the amount of makeup to apply. I loved my wedding hair and makeup and my bridesmaids looked gorgeous! Jessica is very organized, professional and wonderful to work with.
