I am so happy that I was able to work with Lena, her service was fantastic. Lena was extremely responsive from day one, which immediately gave me comfort in her professionalism. I don't know how to apply my own makeup beyond the basics so I was very worried about my ability to describe the style that I wanted. Lena has a detailed survey that helped me layout things that I like and do not like and she was able to translate that into a beautiful look. The most important part of the wedding for me was that moment when my fiance sees me for the first time and I really wanted to be the most beautiful version of myself....
Krystal was absolutely amazing! I felt beautiful and pampered on the day of the wedding. Due to timing constraints, I was unable to do a hair and makeup trial - but Krystal was still able to understand how I wanted to look (she enhanced the vague ideas that I had in mind). She was so pleasant and professional. Leading up to the wedding day and on the day of, Krystal was responsive and kept me in the loop. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a great hair and makeup experience.
Loved working with Krystal! She was so great about explaining all of my options and products she had to offer. She made my bridesmaids and I look amazing! And she was super flexible with arranging a trial and traveling.
